Shipping Policy

INTRODUCTION

Digit Monitor can ship to nearly any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and others cannot be shipped to international destinations. To ensure customer satisfaction, Digit Monitor offers a 30 day product guarantee. Please read below for a full treatment of our Shipping & Returns policies.

When an order is placed online or with our customer service representatives, the estimated delivery time depends on several factors (e.g., destination, shipping method, time of order placement, etc.). Most products ship same day. Below are estimated processing and delivery time frames per shipping method (depending on availability, products may arrive at a sooner date):

Electronic Delivery: products purchased for digital download will arrive via email on the day your order is confirmed.

License keys are emailed within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours (10AM – 10PM GMT).
After business hours licenses are emailed up to 3 hours after purchase.

Ground: 1-2 days processing time. 4-10 business days for delivery.

IMPORTANT: While the company will do its utmost to deliver the product instantly after payment, it shall have no liability for any delay in email delivery or non-delivery or for any consequential loss. Delays due to circumstances outside the control of the company shall not entitle the customer to cancel any order or to refuse to accept email delivery.

RETURN POLICY

Digital Products: Once you have received a product key by phone, email, or other means of digital delivery the company will not accept its return. It is customer responsibility to install correct software and purchase correct product key.

Physical Products: The physical products can be returned within 14 days after the product has been delivered. It must be in original package and in ideal conditions. If the returned product is damaged in any way the company may subtract the cost of the damages from the return or refuse the return completely.
