Sales Agreement
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Digit Monitor. Digit Monitor is the owner and operator of Digit Monitor.
Each order constitutes a legally binding offer by the customer to purchase products from Digit Monitor and is subject to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and applicable law.
By accessing and using www.digitmonitor.com, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
Digit Monitor retains all intellectual property rights to all content on the Digit Monitor website, including logos, text, product images, and downloadable materials.
1. Definitions

- “Customer” means any natural or legal person purchasing or attempting to purchase goods from the company.
- “Product” refers to any computer hardware, digital license key, or service offered for sale by the company.
- “Agreement” means the transaction between the company and the customer concerning the purchase of any product.
- These Terms of Service override any prior terms and are binding upon both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Prices & Taxes
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.
- For customers within the EU, VAT is included unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for compliance with local tax laws.
- Customs fees and import taxes for physical products are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Billing & Payment
- Full payment must be made at the time of order via the available payment methods on www.digitmonitor.com.
- The company reserves the right to cancel any order flagged for suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods.
- The company may cooperate with law enforcement and financial institutions in case of suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Product Information & Use
- Digital licenses may be previously owned or transferred in accordance with U.S. law and the First Sale Doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 109).
- All licenses are for one activation on one PC unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Customers are responsible for selecting the correct product version and ensuring compatibility before purchase.
- All sales of digital products are final after delivery of the activation key.
5. Delivery
- Digital products are delivered via the user’s account dashboard or email within the time frame stated at purchase.
- Physical products are shipped using international carriers, with tracking provided when available.
- The company is not responsible for delays due to email filtering, shipping issues, customs, or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have the right to withdraw from distance purchases of physical goods within 14 days of delivery. This does not apply to:
- Digital content once download or key delivery has begun with customer consent.
- Customized or personalized goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Digital Products: No returns or refunds are accepted after license keys have been delivered via email, phone, or account dashboard.
- Physical Products: May be returned within 14 days in unused, undamaged, original condition. Damaged returns may be partially refunded or refused entirely.
8. User Accounts
- Customers must maintain confidentiality of their account credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All products are sold “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind unless otherwise stated in writing. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its website or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digit Monitor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
11. Export Controls
You agree to comply with all U.S. and international export laws and regulations. You may not use, export, or re-export the product to any country or person prohibited under U.S. law.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Digit Monitor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be published on www.digitmonitor.com. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
