Step 1: Receiving Your Autodesk Product

The software license is directly linked to the email address you provided at checkout, and Autodesk assigns the product specifically to that email. If you use a different email address, the product will not appear in your Autodesk account, and activation will not be possible.

Case 1: Your Email Is Not Linked to an Autodesk Account
